1) Membership & Access
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.
Access is permitted during posted hours only. The gym may close or adjust hours for maintenance, holidays, or events.
2) Health Declaration & Assumption of Risk
You confirm you are fit to exercise and have disclosed relevant medical conditions to your healthcare provider.
Exercise involves inherent risks (injury, illness). You voluntarily assume these risks when using our facilities, equipment, services, or participating in classes.
